WAHDS State Driving Championships
12th October 2008
We were very fortunate enough that the weather was kind to us despite the weatherman’s forecast. The show was held at Perth Horse and Pony Club overlooking Herdsman Lake. Horses and drivers came from all over and were immaculately turned out. Most classes were well supported, but I was disappointed at the lack of standard bred horses, even though there were classes just for them
The 2 swans and their little ones were great for comic relief. The men seemed to be more afraid of them than the ladies. And they're meant to be the protectors!
